What To Expect from the Program
All the services below are standard and come with your Church Marketing Concierge subscription.

Coaching/Consulting
I have over 28 years of experience working one-on-one with church leaders, communications directors, and outreach coordinators to provide sound biblical marketing advice, guidance, and solutions to church growth needs. No matter where you are in your growth stage, I can help you reach the next level.
We will set bi-weekly or monthly marketing consults, depending on your needs. We can discuss budgets, marketing plans, ideas, events, demographics, pitfalls, praise reports, and more. Anything you can think of you need in marketing ideas, I am here for you and can guide you. I will be your coach, your consultant, and even your cheerleader when you need it. I can always be reached by phone and email with any urgent needs in addition to our set appointments.
Market Research Profile
We will perform a deep dive into your area demographics. All churches are different, and all markets are unique, thus require different marketing approaches. We will run an in-depth demographic report of a 1, 3, and a 5-mile radius around your church, providing you with population reports, education level, marital status, age breakouts, ethnicity, income ranges, and other churches in the area more. We will use this report along with your visitor profile to target the people who are most likely to be a "fit" for your church.
SWOT Analysis
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The point of a SWOT analysis is to help you develop a strong marketing strategy by making sure you've considered all of your church's strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats it faces in your area. Identifying this upfront will help guide us in creating the most effective marketing possible.
Visitor Profile
With our demographic profile and your SWOT analysis, we will define your visitor profile. Who are the people you are trying to reach? Where do they live? What are their ages? What are their interests? Do they have kids? What ethnicity are they? What are their pains? What are their needs? What motivates them? As we do this, we will form a clear image of the people you are targeting, and you will have a better idea of how to design better marketing campaigns to reach them.
Website Evaluation
Having a great website is not an option. It is a requirement. All your marketing in this day and age will funnel to your website. I will perform a website evaluation to make sure you have the key success factors that will help potential visitors make an informed decision to visit your church. Items such as well designed "About Us" page, explanation of preaching style, a welcome message, and what programs you offer all factor into a seeker's decision if your church is worth visiting.
Creative Design
A great design is everything. Cute "feel-good" words and edgy designs aimed at millennials may capture attention, but they do little to bring people to church without the other three essential success items. Anywhere your image is in the marketplace, such as invite cards, banners, postcards, bulletins, or social media designs, will be designed at no charge. Also, we have access to the world's most extensive online stock photo gallery. You can browse graphics and photos and shoot us the stock number, and we can implement it into your marketing at no charge.
Develop Our Marketing Strategy
Now that we have the groundwork done, it's time to begin our outreach marketing. We will develop a three month marketing that fits with who we are reaching and our goals.
Print Discounts
You will get a 10% discount on ALL print products you need that we offer. Direct Mail - Banners - Door Hangers - Flag Banners - Invite Cards - Yard Signs - Bulletin Shells - Connection Cards. These savings alone can more than cover the cost of your yearly plan.
Marketing Evaluation
We will take all our work thus far and do a complete marketing analysis. We will examine each of the products we have used and determine the ROI for each. We will look at the goals we had for church growth and look at the best practices to achieve those goals. If we have fallen short, we will examine the reasons.
Future Marketing Plan
I won't leave you hanging without a clear strategy for the following year. Together we will discuss goals again and plan how you will achieve them. Should you even need to keep me on staff in a limited role, you can maintain a coaching/consulting relationship with me at the Stage 3 level.
