In my experience, many churches want the results but don't want to spend the time and effort it takes to get them. They want a "magic bullet" for church growth, but there is none. Attracting people to church requires hard work, creativity, planning, and time.
I only accept a handful of clients so I can devote the time and resources each client needs and deserves. While continuing to run my own company. Over the past 28 years, I have become keenly aware of my limitations and the type of churches that can truly excel with a program like this.
As a result, I have developed a short survey to help determine if this program is a good fit for both of us.
The goal is to work with each church for just 12 months. This allows other churches the opportunity to enroll in the program. A tier system has been developed to work the stages of the process with the assumption that the bulk of the work will bedone in earlier stages. Billing will be monthly by stage.
